Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the ESMIA Operations Manager is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the program’s operational functions. He or she will manage program faculty, schedules and activities as well as supervise the work of on-site coordinators to ensure smooth and disruption-free operations of the program. Efficiency, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to multitask, smiling disposition and good judgment are critical in this role. Working with the ESMIA team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Classification: Part-time, hourly
Compensation: $12/hour
Reports to: Executive Director
Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week

Position Summary:
The primary function of the ESMIA Chapter Coordinator is to coordinate the program’s faculty and educational activities. Efficiency, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to multitask, smiling disposition and good judgment to ensure smooth operations of ESMIA are critical in this role.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, well organized and resourceful person that welcomes feedback as a means to personal and professional growth. The Chapter Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and will work closely with the ESMIA Operations Manager, ESMIA Program Director, Teaching Artists and MMP Program Assistant & Coordinator. Title: Teaching Artist (Strings, Woodwinds & Brass)
Program: El Sistema Miami (ESMIA)
Classification: Part-time, hourly
Compensation: $40/hour
Reports to: Executive Director
Hours: Approximately 4-8 hours per week (60 day probation period)
Start Date: August 20th, 2012/Rolling

Position Summary:
Teaching Artists will coach beginning/intermediate/advanced string, woodwind or brass pedagogy at an El Sistema Miami (ESMIA) chapter location. He or she will ensure the highest quality string, woodwind or brass experience for ESMIA students, implement curriculum and pedagogy set by Miami Music Project and in collaboration with the ESMIA Program Director, ESMIA Operations Manager, and Chapter Coordinator to support each child holistically. He or she will be an advocate of ESMIA, helping facilitate community and family involvement.
